J-Valve TF Compassionate Use Early Feasibility Study

1.To assess procedural, peri-procedural, early (to 30 days) and late (up to 3 years) clinical outcomes following J-Valve TF implant.

2. To assess valve function by echocardiography early post-implant and during late follow-up.

3.To assess the impact of J-Valve TF implantation on quality of life and/or functional status measured prior to and following the index procedure as well as in late follow-up.
