The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Nexus aortic arch stent graft system for the endovascular treatment of thoracic aortic lesions involving the aortic arch including chronic dissections, aneurysms, penetrating aortic ulcers and intramural hematoma.
